Meet Tessa

For most of my life, I followed the “right path” to be successful and make an impact in the world. I received my degree in Mechanical Engineering, and then started a career in the aerospace industry. I traveled the world with a corporate card and worked on important projects, but inside, I was searching for more meaning in my work. I was anxious and depressed wondering what I was doing with my life and career and if this was really it? I felt disillusioned, disconnected, and utterly unhappy with my everyday routine and the direction of my career; I prayed for something fulfilling and purposeful.

During this time, I began opening up to spirituality to make sense of my disconnection. I explored alternate healing modalities, meditation, and tarot cards; before long, my gifts as a psychic medium and intuitive opened somewhat spontaneously. To my surprise, connecting with spirit filled me with overwhelming love and compassion for myself and others. I dove into mystical practices to operate in a much more authentic way receiving my 250 hour Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga Teacher certification in Portugal; Usui Reiki Levels I and II attunement; and a health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. These modalities have not only helped me with my own healing and self-discovery, but have helped all of my clients in remembering who they truly are, and feeling loved and supported by spirit. It has been the greatest gift to use my abilities and wisdom to guide others to a life of purpose and fulfillment just as it has led me to mine.

Breath

Staying in the present moment is key to connecting to our intuition. By focusing on the breath, you can become more aware of your thoughts, your physical body, and your emotions. Meditation and yoga are two practices to connect to the breath and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which is especially important in today’s fast-paced society.

Mind

Tessa works with you to understand your beliefs and how they impact your current reality. How does your mindset impact your day-to-day decision making? Are you operating from your own truth or from the conditioning you learned from your parents, culture, or schooling? Living mindfully is about being aware of how your thoughts shape who you are.

Energy

The entire universe is made up of energy. When you elevate your energy, you have access to divine guidance and higher consciousness. When there are energetic imbalances in the body, you might experience confusion, stress, anxiety, disconnection, anger, or grief. When energy is balanced in the body, life flows and there is a general sense of ease and joy.
